The best time to visit the Panama Highlands is during the dry season from December to April. Locals call the climate here "eternal spring." While the coasts are hot and sticky, the mountains sit at higher elevations where daytime temperatures hover comfortably between 18°C and 24°C (64°F to 75°F).
